Over the years, similar monocrystalline diamond blanks have been supplied for applications that require a sharp, consistent cutting edge and a known crystal orientation.
Before quotation, our engineering team typically reviews the diameter-to-thickness ratio. Very thin discs (0.1–0.2 mm) above 4 mm diameter need a separate process check – we flag this upfront rather than promising what we cannot hold.
Laser kerf angle is set at 3°–5° as standard. If your assembly requires a different angle, we can adjust, but we will confirm based on your drawing.
Custom shapes (semi-round, non-standard diameters) are quoted case by case. Send a sketch – we will tell you whether it runs on our standard HPHT blocks or requires a new growth layout.
