Polycrystalline CVD Optical Diamond
Polycrystalline optical wafers are thin wafers composed of countless tiny diamond grains grown using microwave plasma chemical vapor deposition technology and precision-processed for use in the optical field.High purity large area and excellent controllability make it a critical material for addressing the demands of optical system windows and components under high-power high-thermal-load and extreme environmental conditions particularly in applications requiring large dimensions. It is currently the most mature and feasible diamond optical solution available in engineering applications.
