  • Warranty:

    We provide return and exchange service if  diamonds are not used.

  • What is the minimum order quantity ?

    The MOQ of each diamond product and size is different, you need to ask our salesperson for details.

  • Do you have stock ?

    Most of products are under regular production , we can make delivery immediately 
    But if what you need is a customized product, it will take 5-10 days or more to deliver.

  • How long can I expect to get the sample?

    If it is not a specially customized size, it is usually sent out in 1-3 days. If it is a custom specification, it will be sent within 5-10 days.
    The samples will be sent via international express such as DHL , UPS , TNT , FEDEX and would be arrived within 5-8 days.
    Since 2020, due to the covid19, the shipping time of express delivery has become somewhat difficult to control.
